    Cannot access Personal Savings via Quicken since site upgrade

      Ahead of the Personal Savings site upgrade I deactivated Quicken automatic transaction download for my account.  When the new site became active I went through the web process to change my password, then tried to reactivate Quicken transaction download.  The connection from Quicken to Personal Savings fails with the message to contact American Express Bank FSB and "tell them you received message CC-592.  So is this something you're working to restore?  I hope, because it always worked before ... thanks.
